Registration costs for the 2024 APSRC are provided below. The registration cost includes the conference dinner, but places are limited so you may miss out if you don’t register for the dinner in time. See notes below regarding Industry Workshops.
If you are from UNSW, Monash, ANU or Murdoch, you are entitled to an APVI member discount!
Important for Students: If you are at UNSW then your fees may have been paid in bulk – please check with your supervisor.
Workshop Sessions
This year the APSRC will include Workshop Sessions with more of an industry focus, where speakers are invited. A description of each Workshop Session is here. Presenters would normally pay the full 1 day registration cost and for attendees (not presenting) the cost is $132 +GST (see above rates). If you are a presenter and your registration fee has been waived, you will still need to pay for the conference dinner if you wish to attend.

CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received prior to Friday 22 November 2024 will be accepted and fees refunded less a 10% cancellation fee as well as any applicable fees.
Cancellations after COB Friday 22 November 2024 cannot be accepted, however a transfer of registration to another person will be accepted. Substitutions can be made at any time.
Please advise substitutions via email to conf@apvi.org.au so that a correct name tag can be made available at the registration desk.
