Note that the program is subject to change, mainly as speakers change their availability. A description of each Workshop Session is <a href=\"https:\/\/apvi.org.au\/solar-research-conference\/special-sessions\/\">here<\/a>. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If you are a presenter and your registration fee has been waived, you will still need to pay for the conference dinner if you wish to attend.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The APVI&#8217;s <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong> can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/apvi.org.au\/solar-research-conference\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Privacy-policy.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CANCELLATION\/SUBSTITUTION POLICY<br \/>\n<\/strong>All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received prior to Friday 21 November 2024 will be accepted and fees refunded less a 10% cancellation fee as well as any applicable fees.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Cancellations after COB Friday 21 November 2024 cannot be accepted, however a transfer of registration to another person will be accepted.
