Every year the APSRC is pleased to present prizes to our finest student and early career researchers. Note that all awards require the submission of an Abstract for peer review. The awards are based on the quality of the Abstract, with that quality confirmed through the oral presentation or poster.
In 2023 we had a total of eleven awards with a total value of $6,700!
- Wal Read Memorial Award for Best Student Oral Presentation and Best Student Poster
- The Muriel Watt Prize for Outstanding Female Student Oral Presentation
- The Monica Oliphant Prize for Outstanding Female Student Poster
- The John Ballinger Prize for Outstanding Student Buildings-related Oral Presentation or Poster
- The Energy Advances Award for Outstanding Student Poster in PV Device Research
- The ACAP Awards for Outstanding Paper and Outstanding Poster by a student in the PV Devices and the REDI Streams
- The Energies Awards for Best Student Oral Presentation and Outstanding Student Poster in the REDI Stream
- The Ausgrid Award for Best Student Oral Presentation or Poster related to Network Integration of Consumer Energy Resources.
